With the ink still not dried on his recently signed deal with NYC’s legendary Duck Down Label. New Zealand’s iconic multi platinum producer, P-Money has birthed a stellar body of work entitled “Gratitude”. With an impressive feature list in tow, fully capable to tackle the sheer quality of beats.

One of my standout joints and kicking off the project in fine form is the aptly titled “Welcome To America”, featuring BK’s Skyzoo, & Mobb Deep’s Havoc, who put out the welcome mat for P to the Home Of The Brave, with its hypnotic piano & swirling strings setting the tone of what’s in store on this 15 track bars and beatsfest. This is my money joint.

If you think Havoc was the only legend involved, Brooklyn’s illest duo, M.O.P., bumrush the party spitting that ‘hand on ya hammer’ type rap with “The Hardest”, over P’s soundscape complete with ill horns, strings and drum loops. Talib Kweli passes through with NZ’s Aaradhna spreading good vibes not letting anyone stop the “Celebration Flow” which is sure to keep you moving.

With Buckshot, @Peace, Nicole Wray, Roc Marciano, Fashawn, Freddie Gibbs to name only a few also involved, It’s a great intro for those not familiar with the way P puts it down on the boards. Don’t get me started on those wild interludes…

If you’re starving for some good, honest Hip Hop from the soul, grab this hefty portion of goodness and eat good. Available now where they sell that good shit!
