Plutonic Lab tours Australia throughout September and October to launch his new full length \u201cDeep Above The Noise\u201d which was recently made Double J\u2019s Feature Album Of The Week along with the first single \u201cSliced Bread\u201d being added to Triple J.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The album picks up where his highly regarded classic \u201cCodes Over Colours\u201d (2005) left off. With a vast array of instrumental landscapes & guest contribution\u200bs from Guilty Simpson, Miles Bonny, Coma-Chi (Japan), Notes To Self BBRC and MoMO (IAMMMXO). \u201cDeep Above The Noise\u201d is a heavy hitting affair from start to finish, this is just the start of the next chapter of the Plutonic Lab story.<\/p>\n

Plutonic Lab has provided the backdrop for countless artists over a mammoth career spanning two decades, collaboratin\u200bg on over 80 releases locally and internationa\u200blly including with G-Love (US), Dialectrix, Drapht, Hilltop Hoods, Fatlip (US) and Wiley (UK). Plutonic Lab notably produced Dialectrix\u2019s 2013 album \u201cThe Cold Light of Day\u201d which was shortlisted for the Australian Music Prize, won the 2009 UK Mercury Prize for his work with Speech Debelle, and was nominated for Best Urban Release at the 2008 ARIA Awards as half of hip-hop duo Muph & Plutonic.<\/p>\n
